What do you need to start?+
A catalog spreadsheet, a list of SKUs or product links. If you have no packshots, we find product photos online and verify it is the exact item. For best results, 2–3 angles: 3/4, side and detail.
How does it work?+
First, a demo on 5 products: you see the shots and approve the style. Then we upload the whole catalog, an art director sets scenes and looks, and the platform shoots products in parallel. AI checks every shot, a human approves it, and you see the status in real time.
How accurately is the product reproduced?+
Shape, color, hardware, seams, prints and logos are carried over from the source photos. Small label text is never invented: the product area is redrawn from the original and checked line by line. A shot that differs from the product never reaches the client.
Who are the models in the shots?+
Real Lumpen Agency models who consented to the use of their likeness. We cast for your brand: age, type, style. Kidswear is shot on children of the right age for the size range.
Who owns the rights to the shots?+
We transfer the rights to finished shots to you by contract: use them on marketplaces, your website, in ads and on social media. Your source photos and catalog data stay yours and are not used in other projects.
How often are reshoots needed?+
If a shot fails the check, the platform reshoots it automatically. If you don't like it, leave a comment on the shot: “lighter”, “different location”, “no bag”. The new version appears alongside, and the old one stays in history.
How many revision rounds?+
Shot revisions are included until the shot matches the product and brief. Style changes for the whole shoot are agreed at the demo stage so the catalog isn't reshot from scratch.
What output formats do you deliver?+
2K and 4K shots in 3:4, above WB and Ozon requirements. One-click export to PNG and JPEG, with sets for each marketplace. Carousels and infographics are built on your layout.
Which categories do you shoot?+
Apparel, footwear, kids' products, jewelry, cosmetics and accessories. We offer ghost mannequin, product shots, 3D and on-model shots. If your category isn't listed, we'll test it in the demo.
How much does it cost?+
Depends on the category, shots per product and catalog size. We quote after the demo, once the format is clear. The demo on 5 products is free.
